This study investigates how digital marketing can help foster sustainable SMEs in a few business areas in Lagos state, Nigeria. In most nations, SMEs have the potential to be the main forces behind economic growth that is sustainable. Most small businesses in developing nations have worked hard over the span of time to develop their businesses consistently with novel concepts, but evidence suggests that their lack of adoption of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, among other factors, has resulted in low marketing performance. The study's theoretical framework is the diffusion of innovation theory which explains the rate at which innovation spreads. For this study, a sample size of 162 respondents was purposefully chosen. Only small and mediumsized enterprises in the study area possessing an online presence comprised the research population. The quantitative research design method was used for this investigation. Using the relevant statistical tools of IBMSPSS software, version 25, the obtained data were verified and analyzed. The results of this study showed that the degree of sales growth of SMEs is significantly impacted by whether or not digital marketing methods are adopted. In order to satisfy their specific company needs and position themselves to benefit from the worldwide developments in the industrial sector, businesses in Nigeria are advised to acquire the necessary knowledge of and practice in digital marketing which will help improve sales and ensure sustainability.

Regardless of the reality that insurance services have been used for over a thousand years worldwide, in emerging nations like Nigeria, their penetration is still quite low. This study examined the effect of digital currency technology on insurance penetration in Nigeria. The study utilized both cross-sectional and survey research designs. The study’s population consisted of 504 persons (56 insurance companies x 9 managerial staff). Using Krejcie and Morgan's (1970) sample size chart, the sample size of 226 was increased by 40% to 316. A selfadministered questionnaire was used to solicit responses from the respondents employing a multistage sampling technique. The study used Pearson Product Moment Correlation and Simple Linear Regression Analyses to test the hypothesized relationship. The study found that digital currency technology has a positive and insignificant effect on insurance penetration in Nigeria. The study recommended that in order to benefit from this digital currency technology, insurance companies in Nigeria would also need to supply the necessary technological infrastructure, such as a lack of internet access.

This study examines the possible moderators of innovation capability and firm performance. This study used a meta-analysis to synthesize empirical findings in order to obtain evidence about the magnitude of the relationship. Bivariate analysis was used to identify the significant association of knowledge management, learning, R&D, market orientation, organizational culture towards innovation capability, and its impact on performance. Meta-regression was used to identify the sample characteristics as moderators in the study. Results suggest that organizational factors have a significant effect on innovation capability compared to knowledge factors. Also, organizational culture has the highest impact on innovation capability than other determinants. Furthermore, firm type and size as moderators have an influence on innovation capability-firm performance. The study recommends that organizations should focus more on organizational factors, especially organizational culture to improve their innovation capability. Also, the type of firm type and size as moderators can influence innovation capability-performance relationship.

Governments all over the world have identified the importance of entrepreneurship in economic development and in the improvement of the standard of living of the people, hence the increased effort to support and encourage them by tweaking their regulatory frameworks to accommodate such financing innovations as crowdfunding. This paper examined an innovative new model of providing funding to projects and businesses. The paper adopted a conceptual view to explore the drivers and challenges of crowdfunding as an alternative means of entrepreneurial financing in Nigeria. Based on the conceptual, empirical and theoretical review, it wasdiscovered that the major drivers of the substantial growth in the crowdfunding space worldwide is the growth and development of information and communication technology, especially the internet which has facilitated the use of social media for just anything. This is because crowdfunding uses web-based technology to drive financing ofentrepreneurial venturessuch that Nigeria and other African countries could leverage the power of technology especially the social media to market ideas, and raise seed and growth capital. It was also discovered that, despite the huge potential of crowdfunding as an alternative means of financing entrepreneurial ventures globally, the African continent and indeed Nigeria have not fully keyed into it due to a lack of a clear regulatory framework. Therefore, a clear legal and regulatory framework is necessary for the much-needed growth and development of crowdfunding as alternative means of financing entrepreneurial activities in Africa and in Nigeria in particular.
