About The Journal

The International Journal of Management, Leadership and Productivity Development (IJMLPD) is an open-access, double blind peer review academic and professional journal, being promoted by the Institute of Management, Leadership and Productivity Development, in collaboration with the Department of Management Sciences, Trinity University Yaba, Lagos Nigeria.

IJMLPD is a bi-annual publishes in February with deadline of 30th (call for papers) and August with deadline July 30th (call for papers) every year. The Journal aims to publish current and well-researched findings in the fields of management, leadership and productivity for businesses within the African and global terrains.

The journal provides an opportunity for writers and scholars to publish their well-researched works in a credible, high standard and international journal which supports issues that border on management, leadership and productivity development.

It also seeks to deal with the disconnect between town and gown, by promoting ideas, projects and works that foster synergistic relationships between academic and industry within its original remit. In order to make this a reality, from time to time, conferences and round table discussions are to be held to discuss research findings and how business leaders, SME owners and managers as well as knowledge workers can benefit from and apply them to their assignments and business processes.

journal aims to loosen the intricacy behind the important trifecta of Management, Leadership, and Productivity Development by examining critical subjects that will further the understanding of and generate ideas for better management, leadership, and greater productivity for businesses.

Another gap the journal seeks to deal with is the disconnect between town and gown. The journal seeks to promote ideas, projects, and works that foster synergistic relationships between the knowledge economy and industry within its original remit.

This knowledge economy-industry bipartite is sure to boon society very well, thus providing ventilation for and utilization of research findings in industry and social science field researchers, and professionals, who want to base their research work on scientific evidence.
