Professor Emeka Emmanuel Okafor
Emeka Emmanuel OKAFOR is a Professor of Industrial Sociology in the Faculty of the Social Sciences, University of Ibadan, Ibadan. Nigeria. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan (1998). He was at various times the Coordinator of Professional Masters Programme of Industrial and Personnel Relations and later Employment Relations and Human Resource Management. His current research is on Employment Relations, Industrial Sociology, Sociology of Work, and Human Resource Management.
