Remote Work Has Come To Stay
The PWC survey was done to gather data for refence in the area of workforce challenges and what the future of work may look like for companies. The survey draws upon the views of almost 4,000 business and HR leaders from 26 countries and regions and 28 industry sectors.
According to the survey Remote and hybrid working has proven to provide a short-term productivity boost in most workplaces. 7% of the responses to the survey said the organization performed better against their targets over a 12-month period. This is significant in comparison to just 4% who said remote working had made their company perform significantly worse in that period.
The results of this survey suggest that more and more companies will come to embrace remote, and hybrid working to maximize or boost their productivity and reduce overhead cost at the same time.
