On Tuesday, the 27 of December 2022 the Institue of Management, Leadership and Productivity Development, launched its Journal, The International Journal of Management, Leadership and Productivity Development (IJMLPD).
The International Journal of Management, Leadership, and Productivity Development (IJMLPD) is a biannual publication designed to bring current findings and theoretical discussions on management, leadership, and productivity development to members of academia, industry and business community, the political class, bureaucrats, the civil society, researchers and other stakeholders who are committed to better management, leadership and greater productivity for businesses within the African and global terrains
The journal aims to loosen the intricacy behind this important trifecta by examining critical subjects that will further the understanding of and generate ideas for better management, leadership, and greater productivity for businesses.
